Summerland, the spectacular Nantucket Island waterfront home of the Winbury family, is actually located in the Eastward Point Community in Chatham.
Built in 1966 and renovated in 2014, this five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion boasts more than 4,500 square feet of living space.
This impressive home sits on 2.22 acres of land on Pleasant Bay, which should be enough space for Tag (played by Liev Schreiber) to play golf instead of throwing balls at seagulls.
This luxurious residence also features a maid's quarters with a full bath and the huge pool with panoramic views over a private beach that appears in several scenes.
The wedding marquee and the dance sequence were filmed on the adjacent property.
The estate sold for $3,850,000 in 2010, but today it has an estimated market value of more than nine million dollars, according to Redfin.

Where was The Perfect Couple filmed?
One of the establishing shots in the first episode, "Happy Wedding Eve", features the iconic Nauset Lighthouse on the Cape Cod National Seashore in Eastham.

The exterior of the Mitchell's Book Corner, a beloved independent bookstore established in Nantucket in 1968, also appears in the first episode.
The showrunners filmed many establishing shots on the island, including Main Street in downtown Nantucket, a beautiful area with preserved 19th-century architecture and boutique shops.

The dock scenes were filmed at the Hyannis Inner Harbor, the gateway to the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket by ferry.
