Located on the northwest coast of Basse-Terre, the quaint town of Deshaies doubles as Honoré, the capital of Saint Marie.
Home to less than 4,000 people, the village is an ideal base for exploring the area, including the Grand Anse Beach and the Botanical Gardens, which are featured in several episodes.
