From now on, John has to face the High Table's resolutions, as he has become a $14 million target for any hired hitman in the world.
Although this third installment could have been the last one, at least a fourth sequel and two new spin-offs are in the pipeline: the film Ballerina and the TV series The Continental.
Welcome to our guide to the filming locations of John Wick 3. In addition, you can find all the information about the Continental Hotel through all the movies by following this link, and here are our comprehensive reports of Chapter 1, Chapter 2, and Chapter 4.
The Continental Hotel Location
The Continental Hotel essentially became another character in the film. Once more, the exterior was filmed in the Beaver Building in New York, which hosts a Haru Sushi restaurant.
The flatiron-shaped 15-story skyscraper was completed in 1904 in the Renaissance Revival style.
The interior shots of the entrance hall were filmed at the Cunard Building at 25 Broadway in the Financial District of Manhattan.
The facade and the vestibule of this 22-story office building were designated as a New York City Landmark in 1995.

The Hotel continues to expand in every installment with new rooms and areas.
The lounge and the bar of the hotel in John Wick 3 are the old Williamsburgh Savings Bank Tower at 1 Hanson Place.
This impressive Neo-Romanesque skyscraper, which opened in 1929, has been transformed into luxury condominium apartments. The ground floor is an event space and houses the Brooklyn Flea Market.

The boilers outside the armory vault in the basement and the spa area with several pools, where John confronts Zero, were filmed at AIRE Ancient Baths at 88 Franklin Street in Tribeca.
This luxury spa, hosted in an 1883 textile factory, was also featured in Chapter One, appearing as the private pool of the Red Circle club.

According to American Cinematographer, the manager’s office two-story glass-and-steel structure on the top floors of the hotel was constructed at Gold Coast Studios on Long Island.
The Continental’s terrace at the end of the movie was also built in the studio, as the Rockefeller Center rooftop used in Chapter 2 was not convenient for the filmmakers to control the lighting.
The Continental's administrative office hall, populated by tattooed women with vintage Commodore 64 computers, the library of the General Society of Mechanics and Tradesmen at 20 W 44th Street.

The home of the Russian ballet and the assassin academy in the movie is actually the United Palace of Cultural Arts (or the former Loew's 175th Street Theater).
Located at 4140 Broadway in Washington Heights (Manhattan), the venue opened in 1930 as a deluxe movie theatre, until it was purchased in 1969 by an evangelistic church association.

The filmmakers used the exterior, the lobby, and the auditorium of the theater, but some backstage rooms were filmed in an empty estate house in Yonkers.
The exterior scenes with the Bowery King (played by Laurence Fishburne) were recorded on the top of a building near Manhattan Bridge at 135 Plymouth Street.
